My waves had a blanket of surfers that afternoon,

soon a flock of floating boats was rocking on my sea,

I saw shells that looked like pearls,

as I began listening to the natural side of me.

My waves, a continuous flow of water,

sparkles glistened from the spray,

the Blue Whale's tail gifting laughter,

my place for joy and play.

My waves crashed against the rocks,

with ripples and trickles that made my heart tremble,

the pebbles mumbled, as sticks crashed up to shore,

my beautiful big blue a shimmery emerald.

My waves had a blanket of seaweed that morning,

the Blue Whale was close to the sand,

it was sending me a warning,

that it might get stranded on land.

That's what our world has become,

Blue Whales play again,

that's the outcome,

the ocean's true zen.
