The trees so luscious, so green, so alive.

They stand tall like knights ready for battle.

Inviting deep waters, just take a dive.

Farmlands vast with pigs and many cattle.

Flowers always brightening our long days,

They bloom during the day or in the night.

Animals lay underneath the sun’s rays,

They all come together to reunite.

The sunsets are always so very pretty.

Deep orange or soft purple and bright pink,

Nature, still prominent in the city.

Yet the trees all still leave, but they don’t shrink.

In the end, they all fall to the machine,

All gone, the trees all go but not so keen.
