So big and so chubby,
With a large tubby tummy,
Big black eyes and a round nose,
Laying on the ground with their eyes closed.

Eating bamboo at blistering speeds,
Eating their body weight from hip to knee,
This giant beast was bound to thrive,
Until a new king would arrive.

People come and hunt them,
It's cruel, I know,
But their nice fluffy coat,
Feels like snow.

Cut off from their friends by roads,
Left to die alone,
No more bamboo,
Nowhere to go.
