One Special Rock

The red sandy deserts, the memories of the past
I remember the memories inside me swirling like a sandstorm on a dry cracked plain of land
It cast a spell over me since the day I had it
The laughter and sadness that is trapped in one rock
Its voice just another whisper in the wind
But to me it’s the voice that sends shivers down my spine
That reaches down inside me and touches me like an angels soft fingers
The laughter and sadness that is trapped inside a rock
This object is a part of me
