Swinging through the trees,  

These apes move with such ease, 

Please listen! 

Stop using this oil which guarantees

The fate of this species!  

You’re ruining their homes, 

Forcing them to flee -  

From the destruction you’ve caused, 

These beautiful tree-dwelling creatures  

With their russet features, 

Traded illegally every day.

We need to CHANGE not just hope and pray, 

I’m not religious by the way, 

Price tags on their tufty heads, 

Living in brutal captivity, 

No opportunity for seed dispersal activity/

Who looks after the trees,  

If this species is on its knees,  

Check your crackers, 2-minute noodles and shampoo!
