I looked up at the tree,
That stands with grace,
Rattling while the wind brushes through its leave,
Besides the house,
Beneath the clouds,
Once there was a seed,
Now standing proud as palm tree
The leaves, sharp as knives,
It stands there like a giant,
Lurking over the city of Sydney,
Left alone where no one lied,
But the tree with a big heart inside,
Sharing its source of shelter
A home for all,
Hidden from those who hurt it,
Crispy blue sky,
Contrast against the green tree,
From day to dawn,
Standing proud as a palm tree
