Part of this land

I see the little droplets of water as they fall 

off the plants lying across the street

I smell the fresh air and the water 

as it flows down the road

I hear trains faintly outside 

while I hear planes fly by

I feel great knowing I am a part of this land

and I am proud because of the beautiful landscape 

and the quiet bush.
