Penguin

The penguin that I now hold
is not hard, rubbery or cold.
This penguin is soft, cuddly and warm
and would keep me company
during a storm
This penguin is not ordinary because
it wears a hat
and its body is like a boulder.
which means slightly fat.
This penguin has a red key ring
that looks like a ripe tomato in Spring.
if I drop this dear penguin in the sea
it would float and took at me
curiously.
This penguin looks like a
ball covered with ink and snow
and even if I get told to,
I would never let this special penguin
go!
