My Rabbit.
As thin as my drink bottle
has half a chestnut brown nose,
grey matted skin, puffed and worn.
The scents that he holds
it brings me joy.
But no one like me
likes the scent
of his soft, cuddly ears
that calms me down
he’s been ripped and stitched.
My brother torments him,
bouncing on my bed
waiting for a cuddle.
A bubbly bunny
always ready to listen,
always has something to say
but never shares my secrets
that’s why I love him.
Rabby.
