A radiant rainbow dancer,

Fluttering through the air,

In my backyard’s chair,

I spot them everywhere.

As dusk approaches, I hear them squeaking gleeful,

Calling for their teammates, oh how peaceful,

They dine swiftly in a dash,

Ready for the outdoor splash.

They touch down carefully,

While they wait patiently with a stare,

For those birds who lag,

They do not continuously brag.
