Golden and blingy,
Round and shiny,
My sunny medal,
Beautiful like a rose petal,

Special, Shiny and Sunny,
Medal smiles at me,
A goodluck charm, A day to remember,
Hung up on the wall is where it belongs,

More and more I love it,
Forever in my heart,
Reminds me of running,
Nothing can explain my thankfulness,

I'll forever remember the medal,
For the next generation it shall stay,
My children,grandchildren may come first like me,
All on the rusty wall they shall be,

Round like a roller coaster,
Shiny like a diamond,
Blingy and bold,
The medal stays young and I grow old.
