Rock Wallaby

We all love the Australian rock wallaby,

So let’s create and follow a protection policy. 

Keeping them safe in their habitat,

Will make sure population numbers don’t go splat.

Australia's people keep clearing their homes,

They're going to start getting syndromes. 

There are less than 20,000 left in survival,

To increase populations we need baby joey arrivals.

They’re partners in crime with our iconic kangaroo,

If we join together, we can help pull them through.

Rock wallabies are somehow still surviving in life, 

Despite their species' population being in strife.

I feel concerned about their habitat destruction, 

We need to commit to renewal and protection.
