Carefully gliding along the soft, shimmering seabed, the sun shining brightly, partially blinding me,

As the sun is blaring into my eyes, I make out the shape of a fish rushing towards me.

The first thing that comes to my mind is ‘Danger’ I turn around and scan the area for a safe place,

Until I spot a cave in the distance, I dash in the direction of the cave, life flashing before my eyes.

Will I make it to the cave in time, or will I become this massive fish’s dinner?

I rush to a little rock tunnel, hoping that might slow him down, then I feel a vibration.

I turn around and suddenly the rocks are crashing onto the seabed,

Like leaves in autumn, freeing me from pure death.

Finally in peace, away from that beast, making it back safely to the colony, safe at last.
