Save the animals

I’m as black as the starless night sky.

My tail as bright as the warm flames that lick the grey winter sky.

My eyes are the dark depths of a mysterious cave,

Glinting with my fear.

I fly gracefully above your heads,

Being sure to alert you of my precious presence. 

I am calling for your help as I watch my home get destroyed. 

You hear me,

Yet you do nothing!
