Summer is here, we laugh and cheer,

For the bright sun has come to us.

But soon we know, it will start to snow,

And the summer sun will be dust.

When I see the leaves fall, I hear autumn call,

Underneath the trees.

As I lay on my picnic mat, I squash the leaves flat,

And listen to the buzzing bees.

When the snow falls down we all start to frown,

the sun has gone away.

We sit by the fire, and turn it up higher,

as we can’t go out to play.

When the leaves appear, we all start to hear,

the fluttering of birds in the wind.

As we dance around, and cheer with sound,

we all start sing.
