Sensational Seasons

Nature has so many great sensations,
There are things we can do with no limitations.
Notice the breathtaking features,
And the brilliant wildlife creatures.
It provides me comfort like my home,
The natural beauty of what surrounds swallows me like a dome.
Waterfalls cascade into tranquil lagoons,
And animals come to drink like thirsty raccoons.
Moss folds over rocks like a thick green blanket,
And tigers lie down feasting on a banquet.
Snakes bask under the warmth of the sun,
And it’s the time when poachers blast their guns.
When Autumn comes, leaves transform into yellows, oranges, and reds,
Making the ground cloaked in a sunset-coloured bed.
Bears of all kinds fall into a deep sleep,
Becoming a hill of fluff in one big heap.
Soon everything is still and trees are bare,
Branches turn into skeletal hands giving passers a scare.
But then Lilly Pillies bloom like colourful buds of beauty,
All these seasons tell a four-in-one story.
