Shoes sprinkled with Stardust

the whole world at my feet, the soft agony inspired by achievement
staring at myself in the mirror the little girl inside reaching the stars and grabbing them down
a supernova, a flurry of rose satin ribbons pain elegance
soaring through the universe on the tips of my toes
lighter than air
tangled ribbons leading me astray, transforming from the child I was
lost in between counts
tarnished memories of a changing perspective
seeing the world from up above swimming in music
through my bones, in my blood
the world spinning graceful and synchronised
