Night was scarce, empty, bare,
Scared faces as the smoke sat in the sky,
Awaiting the fury to arrive,
As the land stays dry,

Silence, silence,
As the earthlings patiently wait,
Nearby others look to the back of their eyelids,
Awaiting for the fury's update,

Only time can tell if the wind could be our saviour,
Last hopes and prayers,
Before becoming braver,
To fight and save our species from the flares,

Prepared for our homes,
And nature to be destroyed,
Silence, silence
