Skiing and snowboarding

The soft slippery slopes on a snowy morning
Take your stuff, have breakfast then straight to skiing
On the heaven like slopes there are professionals, there are beginners
And there's me, in my own world having a heck of a time
By the end of your trip it's gone so fast all your memories are just vague blurs
The price is high, like a very expensive fine
But it's all worth it, the money they're taking, it's no crime
For the fun you will have cannot be compared And the price you pay can be shared
The silky snowflakes falling at every time of day
The sky always beautiful despite the few times it is grey
Then, there's that sad day
When you know it's your last
and you hope next year comes pretty fast
