Snubfin Dolphin

Through the gentle waves,

pods of Snubfin Dolphins,

gracefully, jumping out of the

glimmering waters, 

peacefully, gliding through the air.

I watch hypnotized, by the beauty,

of fluid motion, swaying in the waves.

The breeze, cool as ice on my skin.

A noticeable taste of salt lingers,

in the air. The sky,

bright with warm colours.

Swimming into the vibrant sunset,

they sing their songs.

Water silently splashes,

as I drift, out to sea.

While night slowly dawns,

the restless ocean seemingly calms down.
