Spring

As the flaming sun is slowly rising 

Animals hibernating start waking 

As many insects prowl about some lush, green trees 

Thousands of leaves are swaying in the warm breeze 

Flowers blooming, in everyone's garden

Dogs running about, out of their frustrating little den 

Bees buzzing about, getting ready to pollinate 

With many people fishing with their bait 

Huge, strong waves are splashing on all the beaches 

While trees are growing lots of ripe peaches 

Friends and families meeting about 

Kid playing sport, having fun without a doubt 

All the neighbours meeting everyday 

Some of them even visit each other, I must say 

Some families camping in the woods 

Setting up all their important goods 

Birds chirping and singing a melodious song 

As the water in the river flows along 

The sun setting on the first day of spring 

It has brought every single pleasant thing
