Spring has sprung

Blooming flowers hung on trees

Leaves returning high as thee

Heat returning, getting hot

can't keep standing in one spot!

Splatting sunscreen on my face,

trying to keep a very slow pace

Balloons flying in the air,

Spring has sprung straight through my hair!

Young bear cubs waking up

Their parents saying, 'hey, what's up!'

Spring is floating all around

In the sky and in the ground!

We hear the song of the ice cream truck,

Its popsicles bring us luck!

Ice cream falling on the floor,

It's so good I want some more

The air-con is not strong enough,

So we jump in the pool, that's the stuff!

Spring has sprung, leaves all around,

There's my flower, my dreams have been found
