Steel Gold Glory

Shining with glory in the
blazing light of the sun
Feeding on what's left of me
Glory?
Power?
Holds memories as special as my
First step
To learning to read
I still remember
The day
You were on my neck
I was as happy as a bee finding a flower
in spring
It was not the International
Federation of Karate
That gave it to me
It was destiny
Strong as granite
In a mountain
But still fragile as obsidian of a volcano
You're worth a diamond
But
I
Think you're priceless
