Stepping out of the I-wants

The blip, blip sound of little waterfalls
Pouring into pools. The current takes minnows
Down stream like a water train.

I hope I will see those frogs again
And hold them in my hand. Cicadas flying in the morning
Light. I love the feel of their tiny, rough claws.
My favourite one is the Brown Firetail.
