Tassie devils roll through the leaves

leisurely laying under the trees.

Laying asleep on the ground

until the light of day was found.

Sharp teeth, gnawing jaws,

catching their prey with their paws,

Scurrying through the tall grass.

Waiting for their prey to pass,

surviving from night to day,

they always have to hunt their prey

dodging all hunters' attacks.

Be careful, devils strike back.
