Tasmanian devils

A shaded black throughout the night
The tassie devil's scream in fright
Big or small
But still they call
Getting picked off one by one
'Scatter scatter', they run from the red fireball sun
Silk-like fur
Scattering down bellow
They're asking for help, how shall I answer?
They're suffering while we are clinking with laughter
Let's all fight
For their rights
Let's figure out the cure
And stop watching them being in terror
