The Baby Tree

A baby tree sprouting,

A new life has begun,

A day in the wind,

A day in the sun.

Like a new home waiting to be filled,

Everyday she would wait,

Sitting in that one spot.

Day by day,

Year by year,

Growing up so fast,

Like a breeze in time,

Within a blink of an eye,

This baby sprout,

Has become a beautiful tall gumtree!

And lots of animals come each day,

To see her and live with her.
