Hush now my child
For we speak we will not
Hear Nature’s sound of silence

For If we look through an
Animal’s eyes, we will see
The beauty and artwork of nature

For if we feel in a tree’s bark
We will feel Nature’s warm motherly touches,
Touching us through skin, heart and soul

If we hear like a great mighty eagle
We can hear all the howls, screeches, wails and squeaks.
We can hear all the subjects of the mighty eagle
Calling for their king.

But sadly, men will not see, feel or hear like that
They will take, take, take until there is nothing left but ash and dust.
All in the nameless mind of greed

But if we see, feel or hear like an innocent young child
Perhaps there is hope for this world
That is yet to come for they will understand
The beauty of Nature.
