My favourite object, hmmmm, this will be quite hard,

What about my most powerful, most treasured, pokemon card.

But my childhood blankie was the warmest, and it, in the corner had a tear,

But the best snuggle buddy was my beloved friend, Blue Bear.

I do love my Xbox, fun to play on, but it’ll turn my eyes into sharp, firm, squares,

Oh, but my toy castle was truly incredible, and to the throne - you guessed it, I was heir.

My first pair of soccer boots were obviously the real deal,

And my toy robot, my best warrior, had a true heart of steel.

My priceless plate painted to perfection, it was truly and utterly stunning,

Or my biggest nerf gun, and to play with it, I had to be quite cunning.

I did love my yellow ukulele, although strumming is not my thing,

Or my ANZ piggy bank, oh it was full, 10 kilograms of Cha-Ching.

My drum kit, oh we had some fun, and we made quite the racket,

Or this weird board game with aliens and a hammer, it was called ‘Whack It’.

So, all of these items, throughout my childhood, are so very special to me,

But although not an object, the best thing ever, is your warm, loving, family.
