Shrubs and trees flying past my eyes

As I zoom down the track, I find a surprise:

A little tree growing out of the ground.

Right in the middle, it lets out a sound.

A quick turn, hitting a rock

Sends me into a tree as hard as a block.

As I lie on the ground, as hurt as can be,

I feel the earth reaching out to me.

Slowly but surely, my pain fades away,

And I’m left on the ground, with an urge to stay.

I dig my hands deep into the dirt

And feel Mother Nature, nurturing my hurt.
