Fire flies from the black,

Illuminating it all back.

Fire needs a little love 

Fire doesn’t need a shove,

Fire, fire burning bright,

Stronger than any light.

Fire helps our Earth,

From NSW to Perth.

Tongues of fire intend to help,

Tongues of fire say don’t help.

Fire lies in wait,

Hoping to regenerate.

Fire helps everywhere,

Don’t think fire is a scare.

Grass growing green,

Showing that fire isn’t mean.

Fire helps from low to high,

Fire reaching out to the sky.

Fire helps animals from gorillas to flies,

Fire also helps provide.
