The First Cuddle

A sudden burst of warmth radiating through my chest on the silky white couch
Pale blue eyes gaze up into mine
A flicker a shimmer of the ocean on the silky white couch
His scruffy but soft fur tickling my face brown paws stretch eyes start to close on the silky white couch
And falls asleep on the silky white couch.
