The Friendly Fire

The fire might be destructive and harmful but to us is our friend and kind,

But one day some weirdly coloured people ordered us to leave the fire behind,

Eventually the fire became scary to us, now that we abandoned the heat,

It became angry and started destroying everything in a heartbeat.

The weird people tried to control it,

It didn’t work, they needed help, quite a bit

So, we used fire against fire and away it went once more,

The weird people let us use fire to care for country like before.
