The Garden

The sun sparkled down on the forest,  while the leaves swayed and danced. 
The bright, blooming flowers opened up, revealing the hidden beauty inside. 
If you looked closely, you will find, woodland creatures hopping and running
over the fresh, green grass. They frolicked around great pine trees, 
inhaling the crisp cool air.
As you walk deeper into the woods, a door comes into view.
A grand golden handle sits on worn-down wood. 
Although it looks aged, the carvings decorating the border were filled
with magical sights. 
A fair casting a wish was one, while bunnies hopping were two.
Beautiful elves sitting on flowers and butterflies gracefully fluttering, 
are others that shan't be ignored.
When you twist the handle and open the door, a wondrous sight is shown. 
The creatures we all thought weren't true, suddenly sing in the golden light casting down. 
A long-haired nymph is weaving flowers into an ornate wreath. 
A fairy flying along with the wind, spreading magic wherever she goes. 
Oh the joy that fills the space, simply brightens our world. 
We want to join them in their fun and escape the woeful life behind us.
