The good mountain

As I climb up the bendy shadow in the moonlight
I think about what are you feeling when I climb uphill.
I strut down hoping my leaving brings you happiness
I trot home and all I am thinking about is what you are feeling.
Is my walking over you making you feel your heart beat?
The next day I get up to go say hello to the mountain at the top
I sit up there for the whole day and night talking to you, bringing a sense of peace.
I fall asleep.
Not realising that I am asleep I have weird dreams that the mountain has come alive taking on human-like features.
I wake with a start, scared, shivering all over, relieved to realise it was only a dream.
