The breeze flies around the two mountains

Like how the white terns glide over the sea.

It is truly beautiful;

Lord Howe Island is definitely the place for me.

The abundance of birdlife is an amazing sight to see,

With biosecurity policies stopping unwanted pests crossing the sea!

I love how the birds sing about how they feel so free.

With only 300 visitors allowed on the island at one time, preservation is the key.

There are many scenic mountain hikes offering memorable photo snaps.

By cleaning our shoes at the shoe scrub bays, we protect the walking tracks.

The Island is so special, no wonder we protect it; it would be a sin to neglect it!
