Long and slender
Holding limitless adventures within
Instantly struck by the power of possibilities
My tall, thin friend takes me on a magical journey
Fairy-tale castles, haunted forests, an old tribal village
I’m a fairy, a mermaid, I’m friends with the queen….

It’s late
The adventure must end
I put down my friend,
The journey is over,
The magic ends
And now
My pen, is just a pen
