The Life of a Tree

From a tiny seed in the ground so deep,
I sprout up high, while the earth I keep.
With leafy arms and roots so strong,
I grow so tall all day long.
I wave hello with every single leaf,
And give a home to bugs, good grief!
In the summer's heat, I offer shade,
And in the fall, my leaves drift away.
The wind whispers secrets in my ear,
As birds and squirrels make homes near.
Through all the seasons, I stand so grand,
Watching the world from the forest land.
I'm just a tree, so full of glee,
A jolly part of nature's very own spree!
