Settled upon a lush, beryl Eucalyptus tree’s rough ramus,

in a tranquil woodland with trees pleasantly dancing in the wind.

Idly snacking on the aromatic Eucalyptus leaves,

As is the same with its kin.

Amicable as a quokka.

Crash! Bang! Slam!

Metal monsters demolish the once peaceful place.

The mechanic pandemonium alarms the fearful beings,

as the gargantuan behemoths tear though the wooden homes.

Devouring the towering guardians.

The elegant Eucalyptuses plunge into the umber earth,

thundering down like lightning as they topple

As the horror draws hither terror arises.

As isolated as a lonely sailor and,

fearing for its soul it must flee, yet it is too lethargic to depart.

As the colossal trees descend,

the glimmering sun shines through the apertures.

The monsters retreat away from the destroyed sanctuary.

All is harmonious and peaceful again,

the drowsy koala settles for another day.
