Grinning grasshoppers gallop gracefully

The tree trunk produced treat-sweet treacle

Wind-waved willows and wrens in the wicked woods

Green grass glows and grinds underfoot

Falcon falls from the freezing frost

Winter whispers words in a watery tone

Sea seeping into the sand, sun sinking into my skin

Beach balls bouncing onto brown barnacles

Scampering squirrel shelters safely from the scenic snow

Magnificent mountains move magical molehills 

Dazzling daffodils and drifting daisies

Nice nature, the Naturalist's favourite.
