The Ocean Shell Necklace

The resemblance of the waves crashing
The shells make a sound as they hit the sandy ground
I love this necklace because it resembles my mum to me
I love the spirally spirals
The hard thick shells
The rattle of a rattle snake
It is a blanket to the sand
A home for crabs
And an ear, the ear of the ocean
What a loving and caring thing it is
The shells are as clean as a whistle
As brown as dirt
As light as a piece of paper
As fidgety as a piece of string
The shells are as small as an ant
And as hard and tough as a raging bull
