"Caw, caw!" The birds soar across the forests,

Wind whipping across their amazed faces.

A symphony of natural sounds, as cozy as a book,

Earth's enchantment in every nook.

But when the bulldozers start to awaken,

Nature is its only slave.

Poor, innocent children forced to work,

Perspiration forming on their sunburnt foreheads.

The palm trees cry for help,

As the chimpanzees yelp.

Tigers trapped in tangled bushes,

Injured and tired of running away.

The once lush green grass,

Mowed away by powered machines, so fast.

And I wonder, can the world really be like this?

Destroying the beauty of nature?

Surely, nature is the apple of my eye,

And hand in hand, we can make a change.

Together, we can restore the abundance of nature,

For our thoughts and ideas can change the world.
