The Twelfth Hour

Time lies right there, in the hospital bed
Love, life and forgiveness
Your journey comes to an end
Time stops in place
To remember your life
You are on your death bed
Your last laugh
Your last smile
Your last sight, will strike
Your family is there to guide you
To the hallway of life
To no better place than home
The last minute will strike
To sleep with a smile on your face
Everyone will die someday
Your twelfth hour will strike
As the clock faces south
Your families goodbyes will stop in time
The clock struck 12, a worthwhile life has passed
