The Wonderful Growling Grass Frog

Olive to bright emerald green,

Like an emerald it’s so wonderful and hard to be seen.

With all different spotting on their back,

Giving a warning to animals that want to attack.

In South Australia, they live in water pools,

But in the grassland, no one is following the rules.

The same people that found them, destroying their home,

It is a sad sight to see, people decreasing their dome.

We are doing nothing about it,

Sooner than we think their extinction is coming bit by bit.

Be more aware about their existence, and at least save some space,

Before these wonderful animals will leave without a trace.
