The wisps of kelp wash up on the beach rarer than the rubbish, rubbish strewn through every city, every piece of coral, every fish. Swimming through the kelp, trash passes me by, with every piece of rubbish blocking up the sky. We can’t keep on living like this, animals with rubbish  scattered throughout their broken lungs or blocked up gills, fish living in plastic bottles, or a turtle eating trash bags, mistaken because of the increase of food that is inedible. Cans, Cigarettes, Balloons; This undefeatable enemy fighting through our oceans, winning every battle, defeating everyone and anything that challenges it. We need to change this, defeat this formidable enemy, or else we will drown in this kelp forest with the plastic blocking out the sky.
