Time doesn’t start here or end there, knowing it will never finish anywhere,
It’s like a never ticking clock face, because it will always continue on,
During the gradual course, some of us can’t keep up, and get left behind,
Keeping memories of them in our minds. And as we cry and weep,

Time carries on, continuing to creep,
But when we get old, it begins to leap

It’s something we can’t control whether we want to or not,
But when it’s our time, we leave a mark on the spot,

Our loved ones back hear,
All heart broken and dear,
There is nothing we can do when we are out in the clear.

Once every second passes, we can’t get it back,
So continue life as if it were a track,
The highs and lows will eventually come,
But there is no place that we can run,
So continue life on.

Before you know it, you’ll be old and frail,
Reflecting on your life, about to set sail,
Embrace the present, and don’t dig up the past,
Because time seems to travel ridiculously fast.
