Trees

Trees are pretty cool,
If you cut them down and don’t replant, you’ll look like a fool.
But some people chop them down,
And now they’re vulnerable.
I love the seasonal colours; green, pink and yellow,
These are just some of the colours known by my common fellow,
I love the trees sometimes when I just mellow.
I think of them in nature, really quiet and calm.
And the variety, oh the variety,
One even starts with ‘palm’.
