I’m on vacation at a beach,

That's when I hear a loud screech.

It’s a seagull stealing a lady's food,

That's before she shouted “shoo!”

I stroll over to the water,

I see an animal called an otter.

It shows me all the tricks it picks,

And the otter chose to do six.

I scrunch my toes in the sand,

As I gaze at the horizon where there’s no land.

Sand super sticky, clinging to my feet,

It feels like a summery, moist sheet.

Staring at my properties laid under a tree,

Yet I’m still where the sun gleams.

I go and lay under that tree,

Where I still watch the sea.

I listen to the relaxing songs of nature,

Out of the sun where they're much greater.

I close my eyes and fall asleep,

Trying to remember where I parked my jeep.
