The rain trickles delicately,

The wet trenches impede movement,

The colourful vines intertwine,

Yet this evokes a feeling,

One like no other,

The warm winds whip vigorously,

The sand abrades the skin,

The dunes become perpetual,

Yet this evokes a feeling,

One like no other,

The cold air latches on to the skin,

And the glaciers dismantle themselves,

And the animals romp in pleasure,

Yet this evokes a feeling,

One like no other,

But fast forward to today,

Where the freshness gradually fades,

And now the earth warms,

And now havoc comes as a swarm,

And now, we try to end disastrous changes to our beloved land.
