The world is heating up.

Getting warm, warmer, hot, hotter, burn, burning.

Yearning – longing for your reaction – take action.

100 – 200 – 300 – 400 - degrees – moving up the scale.

Logic must prevail.

We need to do this we need to stand.

Make the demand to family. Friend’s. Politicians.

They can do something. Something is better.

Better than nothing.

They say they’ll do this; then say they’ll do that.

Flat as a tack – our spirits left low.

Again, and again that negative blow.

Their term in office once again wasted.

Their promises broken and the turkey basted.

We need to take a stand.

We must make our demands.

To take climate action.

Because the world is heating up.

And without immediate action.

Our world will be scarred indefinitely.
